In search of the perfect spring breakfast? Let us introduce you to muesli, oatmeal’s Swiss cousin. Muesli is made with uncooked oats that are soaked overnight, allowing the surrounding flavors to be absorbed. It’s traditionally served chilled, making it the perfect breakfast for the warmer months!

Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 1.5 cups strawberries, with ½ cup set aside
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¾ cup greek yogurt (substitute coconut yogurt for vegan option)
- 3 tbsp slivered almonds
- 1 tbsp organic agave
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
- Combine yogurt, milk and ½ cup strawberries in a blender
- Mix with all other ingredients in large bowl
- Transfer to a tightly sealed container and refrigerate overnight
- Stir gently the next morning, and serve chilled
Yields three servings. Approximate calories per serving: 208.
