Fun fact: curry powder lowers blood sugar and detoxifies the body, so you can snack guilt-free.
- 2 lbs cauliflower
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 425 °F
- Clean cauliflower and cut into florets
- Toss in a bowl with oil + curry powder + salt
- Roast in oven for 25-30 minutes
Yields 5-6 servings.
